K&R Operating LLC engaged Tiksom to enhance their product's maintenance and development efforts. Given the large scale of the system, gaining a deep understanding of its domain and product architecture was a significant challenge for our team.

Our primary responsibilities included familiarizing ourselves with the system's complex structure and logic as well as understanding the huge codebase.

The core objective of the project was to maintain the current system while implementing new features and improving the user experience—all without disrupting existing functionality. Additionally, we were tasked with refining the system's design and adding critical features, ensuring that live traffic remained unaffected throughout the process.
